Course Description
The Ukrainian Law School organizes a two-semester Ukrainian law course comprising 130 classroom hours in a hybrid format.
The program of the Ukrainian law course provides for 10 subjects, all of which will be taught by lecturers from Ukrainian universities: Taras Shevchenko University in Kiev, Lesia Ukrainka East European University in Lutsk. Participants can choose to have classes conducted entirely in Polish or entirely in Ukrainian.
The school was created to give participants the opportunity to learn about the laws and regulations that apply in Ukraine.
Graduates receive a Diploma from Lazarski University and a Ukrainian Certificate of Higher Qualification.

The curriculum of the School of Ukrainian Law includes the study of the following areas of Ukrainian law:

- civil law
- civil procedure
- administrative law and administrative litigation
- administrative procedure
- labor law. labor
- arbitration proceedings
- banking law
- financial law
- tax law
- customs law
- constitutional law
- criminal law
- criminal proceedings
Lessons are given in Polish.

Schedule
Fees
Cost of 2 semesters, including examination fee:
- for students who are Lazarski University students/graduates - PLN 2500
- for non-Lazarski University students - PLN 3000
Payment terms:
- I installment of PLN 500 - payable by September 30, 2024.
- II installment - payable by October 20, 2024.
Payments should be made to the individual bank account number provided on the Candidate's account after online registration.
Recruitment
Lawyers, attorneys, notaries and all those who are interested in Ukrainian law are invited to participate in the School of Ukrainian Law.
Requirements for admission are:
- registration inrecruitment form,
- sending confirmation of payment of the first installment of PLN 500 to email: rekrutacja@lazarski.edu.pl
- identity document for review for data verification.
Enrollment in the School of Ukrainian Law lasts until September 31, 2024
We would like to inform you that the School of Ukrainian Law will be launched with the enrollment of at least 30 people. If a sufficient group does not gather, the paid installment will be refunded in full to the student.
