During the event social changes caused by the development of artificial intelligence were analyzed in detail. The participants of the discussion attempted to predict the role that AI will play in modern state organization, as well as in research and science. The lifestyle optimized by artificial intelligence - on the one hand, carries invaluable potential to be used in solving many complex problems that both an individual and society are currently struggling with, but on the other - undoubtedly requires attention in terms of ethics, responsibility and control.
The conference gathered scientists from several distinguished research centers. The guests were lawyers, ethicists and sociologists, such as:

The meeting and discussion were moderated by Fr. prof. Florian Lempa, who has been associated with the Faculty of Law and Administration of Lazarski University for over 25 years.
During the event, Rector prof. Maciej Rogalski PhD, awarded prof. Stefano Tafaro Gold Medal of Merit for Polish Science "Sapientia et Veritas" - a departmental distinction of the Minister of Education and Science for special contributions to higher education and science, including outstanding achievements in the field of scientific, teaching or organizational activities.
Sebastiano Tafaro has been working for nearly 25 years for the development of science as such, including Polish science. His achievements have been distinguished by consistent scientific and research cooperation with the University of Białystok, the University of Warmia and Mazury, the Catholic University of Lublin, the University of Szczecin, the University of Warsaw and our school. Prof. Tafaro is an exceptionally efficient initiator and co-organizer of several dozen international conferences promoting legal sciences and Polish legal thought in Italy, as well as Italian scientific achievements and the state of Italian legal research in Poland. He devoted himself to working for the international development of scientific and research cooperation. The author of numerous publications in scientific journals, Italian and Polish, constituting a contribution to the development of Polish science and the development of young scientific staff in Poland, he consistently works to exchange views, knowledge, as well as the development of research in the field of legal and legal-ethical sciences.
