Principles of taking and passing physical education classes for students of Lazarski University
- Student of the first year of full-time studies is obliged, according to the schedule and timetable of classes, to participate for 2 semesters, twice a week in sports classes organized by the Study of Physical Education
and Sports (SWFiS) - one hour stationary or remotely, the second hour remotely. - Participation in mandatory Physical Education classes ends with a passing grade.
- Students are entitled to two unexcused absences during the semester.
- There is no possibility to make up absences at other times.
- The type of classes, days and hours are chosen by the student from the offer provided on the website; the order of registration is decisive.
- Registrations take place electronically. In addition, at the beginning of each semester there is the possibility of personal enrollment in the study room 112.
- Exemptions from all Physical Education classes can be granted by doctors actively practicing their profession in the country. Such exemption must be submitted to the SWFiS Secretariat by 30 October for the fall semester or by the end of March for the spring semester.
- Temporary inability to exercise is granted by any doctor actively practicing his/her profession in Poland. A medical release must be presented at the first class after the absence, otherwise it will not be taken into account.
- Students of students of part-time studies do not have compulsory P.E. classes.
- All students actively engaged in sports in sports clubs, gyms, swimming pools and other sports activities may receive credit on the basis of a certificate brought to the studio. The certificate should be brought to the studio at the end of each semester.
- Each student may participate in additional activities throughout the course of study, as long as there are vacancies in the selected group. The decision is made by the instructor of the group.
