Pre-pack po nowelizacji z 30.08.2019 (II edycja)

W dniu 30 sierpnia 2019 r. Sejm uchwalił ustawę o zmianie ustawy Prawo upadłościowe (Dz.U.2019.1802), która przewiduje istotne zmiany w zakresie postępowania upadłościowego osób, które nie prowadzą działalności gospodarczej. Szkolenie nr 3 jest drugą edycją szkolenia nr 2, które odbywa się w dniu 30 listopada 2019 r.
