The discussions covered the practices of insurance companies related to the valuation of traffic damage, including issues related to the use of original parts and the importance of the type of parts used during vehicle repairs for the safe use of vehicles. The second part of the conference concerned the procedural and systemic aspects of expert evidence in this type of cases. The dialogue between judges, experts, professional representatives and representatives of science allowed the formulation of de lege ferenda conclusions for the legislator. The event attracted great interest and proved to be a huge success.
