Last Friday, September 29, we had the honor to officially start the new academic year 2023/2024 at Lazarski University. 
We would like to thank all our guests for their numerous attendance, our largest auditorium hall was literally overflowing.
An extremely moving moment took place during the inauguration ceremony, when our first-year students took an oath, thus becoming full members of the academic community at Lazarski University. The oath ceremony of new doctors of the Faculty of Law and Administration was conducted by Mr. Ryszard Grupiński. Moreover, we had the honor to listen to the speech of His Magnificence Rector, prof. Maciej Rogalski.
Congratulations to the winners of the Rector's Awards and the winners of the “Lazarski Diamonds” competition. This year, the distinction went to PhD Krzysztof Konopka and prof. CH Małgorzata Wojciechowicz, LL.M, PhD.
The inaugural lecture, entitled "The next revolution in surgery", delivered by a world-famous surgical oncologist, specialist in laparoscopic surgery, prof. Stanislav Czudek, MD, PhD.
At the inauguration, we had the honor of hosting Dawid Kostecki, PhD, the director of the National Exchange Agency.
We wholeheartedly wish the entire academic community that the coming academic year will be full of new challenges, wise decisions and persistent pursuit of the set goals!
