<strong>RULES OF THE PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION</strong>
<ol><li><strong>E</strong>ach participant by joining the competition accepts the rules of its conduct.</li><li><strong><span>Start of the competition: April 5, 2023.</span></strong></li><li><strong>The deadline for sending photos: April 26, 2023.</strong></li><li><strong>Theme: "A Snapshot of Reality".<br /></strong>“A Snapshot of Reality” seems to be a very capacious term. It could mean a moment, a spell, a very short time, or refer to every area of life and the surrounding world. Let the photo and title inspire conversations, guesses, and discussions. The theme of the competition refers to the song by Stanisław Lem, to whom this year's Polish Day, scheduled for May 15, will be dedicated. May 15th will also be the day of the announcement of the results of the competition.</li><li><strong><span>Photos should: </span></strong><ul><li><strong><span>be of a good technical quality,</span></strong></li><li><strong><span>be original and interesting,</span></strong></li><li><strong><span>have a title,</span></strong></li><li><strong><span>be sent between April 5 and April 26.</span></strong></li></ul></li><li><strong><span>Each competition participant has the right to send 3 photos to the competition. In the submitted application, please provide the author's name and surname so that it is clear who the photos are.</span></strong></li><li><strong><span>Photos should be sent to the following e-mail address: </span></strong><link kursy.jezykowe@lazarski.edu.pl><strong><span>kursy.jezykowe@lazarski.edu.pl</span></strong></link></li><li><strong><span>Format of the sent photos: jpg, larger than 0.5 MB.</span></strong></li><li><strong><span>Results of the competition - May 15, 2023 - 1 main prize and 3 distinctions will be awarded in the competition.</span></strong></li><li><span>By entering the competition, the participant declares that one:</span><ul><li><span>is the author of the attached photos,</span></li><li><span>has exclusive and unlimited copyrights to the photos sent, which as photographic works are free </span></li><li><span> of any legal defects and are not encumbered with rights and claims of third parties,</span></li><li><span>has the appropriate consent to disseminate the image of people in the photos,</span></li><li><span>agrees to publish photos on the social network on the fanpage of the Foreign Language Center</span></li><li><span> of the Lazarski University </span><link https://www.facebook.com/SJO.Lazarski><span>https://www.facebook.com/SJ…; and if he receives the award on the website <span><link http://lazarski.pl _blank>lazarski.pl</link></span></span></li></ul></li></ol>
<u> Lazarski University informs that:</u>
<ol><li><span>The administrator of your personal data is the Łazarski University with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Świeradowska 43, 02-662 Warsaw.</span></li><li><span>The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at: iod@lazarski.edu.pl.</span></li><li><span>Your personal data will be processed in order to conduct a photo competition, select and announce the winners, award and receive prizes pursuant to art. 6 section 1 lit. f GDPR,</span></li><li><span>Your personal data will be stored by the Administrator until the end of the competition.</span></li><li><span>Personal data may be transferred to public authorities and state offices or other entities authorized by law. Personal data may be made available by us to entities that operate the Administrator's ICT systems and provide ICT tools or provide courier or hosting services.</span></li><li><span>Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.</span></li><li><span>You have the right to request the Administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it or limit processing, and the right to transfer data.</span></li><li><span>You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data, based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR.</span></li><li><span>You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.</span></li><li><span>Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Failure to provide data may result in the inability to participate in the competition.</span></li><li><span>Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization, unless it is required by the legal obligations of the Administrator.</span></li></ol>
