<ol><li>Arrival time for all participants are 8:00 am - 9:00 am.</li><li>Holy Mass will start at 8.10.</li><li>After arrival, please go to auditorium 58 to the SOP control gates (right at the entrances to auditorium 58).</li><li>Students who receive awards on stage or take part in the oath, before entering the room go to registration in front of Hall 58. The Dean's Office also will be informed.</li><li>Guidelines for VIP guests and awarded lecturers will be forwarded by email or telephone.</li><li>Not awarded lecturers and administrative staff are asked to enter the room from 8:00 am to 9:00 am by entering the first floor in order to take places in the upper rows.</li><li>Those arriving after 9:00 may not be admitted to the assembly hall.</li><li>The number of seats in the assembly hall is limited. Streaming of the ceremony is planned in room 38.</li><li>Please, if possible, arrive by public transport or taxi due to the limited number of parking spaces.</li></ol>
