During the session there was introduced the very matter of a mediation, how to conduct the mediation, its practical sense and legal meaning. Both parties in dispute i.e. the employees and the board of the supermarket chain B.I.N.G.O. Ltd. presented their arguments concerning 4 above mentioned items under dispute. Having exchanged the reasons both above mentioned parties reached an agreement closing this dispute. As agreed in detail the outstanding payments both for the overtime hours and promised salary raise will be <u>adequately</u> executed for one following month and amounting to 10% of average salary of the company. One did not reach any agreement in regard of safety and security at the working place remaining on the present status. The impact of COVID-19 pandemic was solved in rehiring some employees for half-time at the weekends. The mediation was conducted in a factual, substantive and friendly way.
