Battling Disinformation - short lecture on the new age of propaganda

The term “fake news” was a hit of the season for the second year now, but how do you know if an article or a post is “fake”? How do you know that you are not being deceived and who is behind the news on the other side of the screen?

Learn how elections are shaped by disinformation and if you can help to prevent it in the future. Join us on Thursday at 5pm at Lazarski University (room 146) for a short lecture on the new age of propaganda delivered by Patrycja Chomicka, Secretary General at Women in International Security (WIIS) Poland and Cybersecurity, Economy and Energy programmes coordinator at Casimir Pulaski Foundation.
