The Top Manager competition in HR and Personnel categories is not only an opportunity to test your knowledge of “soft” HR and labour law but also a chance to develop skills required in everyday work as well as exchange experiences with other industry representatives. <br /> Among other things, the participants of this year’s edition will take part in knowledge tests, competence tests and workshops that will not only allow to select the Top Manager in the HR and Personnel categories but also enable the Participants to expand their knowledge and develop the skills required of any manager and expert. During subsequent stages, the Participants will also receive increasingly in-depth and individualized feedback.
The main award in the Top Manager competition is a place at the Łazarski University Executive MBA for Human Resources Professionals programme in the HR category and at the postgraduate studies in Labour and Social Security Law (HR and Payroll)<span class="MsoCommentReference"> </span>in the Personnel category.
The competition is organized by the Wolters Kluwer publishing house. The Centre for Postgraduate Studies at Łazarski University is a Partner of the event.
The competition jury includes, among others, Małgorzata Gałązka-Sobotka, PhD, Director of the Centre for Postgraduate Studies and the Chairperson of the Programming Board of the Executive MBA for Human Resources Professionals studies at the Łazarski University and Magdalena Rycak, PhD, Head of postgraduate studies in Labour and Social Security Law – HR and Payroll at Łazarski University.
