Announcement of November 28, 2024 regarding the amount of monthly scholarships in the academic year 2024/2025
Please note! Students who have applied in the e-dziekanat.lazarski.pl system will receive the decision on granting or not granting the scholarship in a separate message.
The decision will be published after verification and processing of the application in the e-dziekanat.lazarski.pl system!
Applications for the 2024-2025 academic year can be submitted from 4 to 23 October, exclusively via the e-dziekanat system.

Income thresholds and maximum amount of scholarships
The income threshold to apply for a social scholarship in the 2024/2025 academic year is set at 1570 PLN per month.
The maximum total amount of scholarships to be paid in the academic year 2024/2025 may not be higher than PLN 3560.60 per month.
Information for foreigners
Having a visa does not entitle you to apply for a social scholarship - it is necessary, for example. possession of a temporary residence permit due to study, which is issued by the Mazovian Governor.
Instructions for submitting an application using the e-dziekanat system

Please log in to your student account in the system e-dziekanat.lazarski.pland select the appropriate type of benefit
(type of scholarship: Social, Rector's, Disability, Relief).
After selecting the type of benefit, the system will display a list of documents to download (regulations, sample statements, etc.)
Please fill in the study information (place and time of study)
Following that, depending on the type of benefit, fill in as appropriate:
Social grant:
- Provide information about your and your family members' income,
- Attach the required source documents according to the regulations (scans, electronic documents).
The system will calculate the income per family member.

In the Rector's scholarship application, you must calculate the arithmetic mean of the grades you obtained in the previous academic year and enter it manually. It is not necessary to submit a certificate of the average. The arithmetic mean is calculated by adding up all the grades obtained by their number.

After the form is completed and submitted, it will go to the benefits office. benefits for verification.
Employees will verify the compatibility of the entered data with the attached documents.
In case of deficiencies or discrepancies, employees may:
- Send the form in its entirety for correction
- Please attach missing documents (electronically)
- Correct obvious clerical errors
The revised application will receive a For Print status in the e-Dean system.
Please print and sign the verified application and its attachments and deliver it to the benefits office at the designated dates in person, by proxy, by snail mail or by courier.
Outside office hours, documents can be deposited in the drop box at room 263 at the University's headquarters (sector F).
Decision

The staff of the scholarship section will review the application for completeness. Scholarships verify the completeness and compliance of the attachments with the application and accept the application
On the basis of the submitted application, the committee decides whether or not to grant the scholarship and determines the category of the scholarship awarded.
The decision, once issued, will be available in the e-dziekanat.lazarski.pl system.
Students have the right to appeal the issued decision by submitting, using the same platform, an application - an appeal against the decision of the scholarship committee.
For each scholarship, except for the Rector's scholarship, the next application can be submitted only after the procedure for the previous application for a particular type of scholarship has been completed.
