State certificate examinations in Polish as a foreign language

The Center for Teaching Polish Language and Culture at the Foreign Language Department of Lazarski University organizes  the state certificate exam in Polish as a foreign language at B1 and B2 on 2-3.02.2025:

  • Written exam - Sunday, February 2
  • Oral exam - Monday, February 3.

The examination session, organized on February 2-3.02.2025, meets the needs of candidates who, for religious reasons, cannot participate in the exam on Saturdays.

The next session is scheduled for April 12-13.04.2025 for levels B1 and C1:

  • Written exam - Saturday, April 12,
  • Oral exam - Sunday, April 13.

Registration

  • Registration for February 2025 exam: FINISHED
    Registration continues until all spots are filled or until December, 18.
  • Possibility to withdraw from the exam with a full refund of the fee until December 18, 2024.
     
  • Registration for April 2025 exam: 12.02.2025, 10:00
    Registration continues until all spots are filled or until March 10.
  • Possibility to withdraw from the exam with a full refund of the fee until March 10, 2025.

Registrants will receive two email notifications:

  1. Confirming that the form has been filled out correctly
  2. Information regarding the status of registration:
    • either confirmation of the award of a place and a request for payment (to the account number provided in the email)
    • or information that you have been accepted to the reserve list.
    • or information that you have not been awarded a place.

NOTE: SJO states that it has no agreements with other institutions regarding the allocation of places for the Polish language certificate exam.

Who can be a candidate?

foreigners or Polish citizens permanently residing abroad who are at least 18 years of age on the date of the exam

    Payment for B1 level exam: equivalent of 180 euros (course of 31.01.2025)
    certificate fee: equivalent of 20 euros (course of 31.01.2025)

Please do not pay fees "in advance" or in the absence of information about the allocation of a seat. Refunds will be made within 30 days of sending the request to SJO.

Date for sending fees:

2 days from the date of confirmation of participation. The total payment for the exam and certificate must be made.
