In accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council

April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation- RODO, OJ. EU. L. of 2016. No. 119) inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Lazarski University, based in Warsaw, at ul. Świeradowska 43, 02-662 Warsaw
2. The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at - iod@lazarski.edu.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is openness in reaching education by people with different levels of educational preparation and taking care of the educational and professional development of applicants on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1(f) of the DPA in order to proceed, initiated at your request, the process of transfer from another university, recognition of overlapping subjects, to fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA, the Law on Higher Education and Science of July 20, 2018, the resolution of the Senate dated March 29, 2023. on "Terms, mode and date of commencement and termination of recruitment, including electronic recruitment for the faculties of law, administration, economics, finance and accounting, management, international relations, law in business, law in international relations and business, law in IT at Lazarski University for the academic year 2023/2024", the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, by determining the terms, mode and date of commencement and termination of recruitment and the manner of its conduct, resulting from the Law on Higher Education and Science of July 20, 2018. and pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) of the RODO.
4. Your personal data will be kept by the Administrator for the period of time necessary to carry out the process of examining the application for transfer from another university, recognition of overlapping subjects, and, in the situation of a successful application, for the period related to the implementation of the educational process and resulting from generally applicable regulations.
5. Your personal data may be transferred to public authorities and government offices or other entities authorized by law. Your personal data may be shared by us with entities that operate the Administrator's data communications systems and that provide data communications tools or courier, cloud or hosting services.
6. Your personal data will not be subjected to automated decisions, including profiling.
7. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.
8. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
10. Personal data is required to process the application. Provision of personal data to the extent required by the Law on Higher Education and Science is necessary, failure to provide personal data prevents the start of the process of recognition of overlapping subjects, transfer from another university.
11. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization unless required by the legal obligations of the Administrator.
