If you choose a single-degree programme, you will have an option to specialise in either policy or mathematical economics or receive a comprehensive economics degree. Programme description

This programme provides comprehensive understanding of economic principles, theories, applications, and includes:  

  • critical thinking development: you will learn to analyse economic issues critically and apply theoretical frameworks to real-world problems,
  • quantitative skills enhancement: we will teach you how to prepare data analysis and empirical research,
  • career development: you will be well-prepared for roles in public policy, finance, consulting, and further academic pursuits in economics or related disciplines.

Through a blend of core and elective modules, you can tailor your studies to align with your unique interests and career goals while gaining a solid foundation in economic theory and practice.

Studies programme

Our curriculum covers a wide range of topics, such as:  

  • key economic disciplines (such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, international economics, statistics, econometrics, etc.), enabling you to build your economic knowledge in a systematic and comprehensive manner,
  • economic models and concepts based on real-world examples and in the context of the global economy,
  • elective courses, including behavioural economics, financial crime prevention, banking and finance, history of economic thought, comprehensive data analysis techniques, negotiation techniques etc.

    Admission fee is PLN 85* (bank account details will be available in the Candidate’s Account after online registration)
    *Lazarski University graduates are exempt from the admission fee. Please, note that admission fee is non-refundable.
     
  3. Deliver documents to the Admissions Office.

  4. Wait for the enrolment decision
    You will receive your acceptance letter by email or in the Admissions Office.
