Plenipotentiary of the Rector for the Development of Aviation Courses, legal advisor, and glider and airplane pilot. He has many years of experience in providing legal assistance in the field of aviation law and in carrying out research projects at universities. He has held managerial positions in the Civil Aviation Authority and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency. From 2020 to 2023, he was the Director of the Airport Division at Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o.
