The agreement was signed byJuan Carlos Salazar Gómez, ICAO Secretary General, and Piotr Kasprzyk PhD, Rector's plenipotentiary for the development of aviation majors.

The agreement will link Lazarski University to the ICAO global training network, thereby enabling aviation students to participate in ICAO-recognized training courses and earn valuable certificates.

The International Civil Aviation Organization, based in Montreal, Canada, is a specialised agency of the United Nations. It was established in 1944 to promote the safe and orderly development of international civil aviation worldwide and to establish standards and recommended practices (SARPS) necessary for the safety, security, efficiency and regularity of international civil aviation.
