Zanzibar is above all a place with unique nature, which we also draw from in our kitchens. :) Can you imagine cooking without cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg, and from time to time also without coconut milk? This is also where turtles, bottle-nosed defines and red geese monkeys live. Its unique atmosphere is also determined by the inhabitants of the island, more about which Mr. Tomek will tell you, while we will just remind you that this is where Freddie Mercury came from. At the meeting, we will also discuss why Zanzibar is called this way and not otherwise. Finally, you will learn how to plan a trip to this exotic place and how much it will cost.
