Given the expectations of our students while ensuring the highest quality of education, Lazarski University has planned a hybrid model of teaching in academic year 2020/2021. Most lectures and seminars will be held online, while practical classes (practicals, lab classes, workshops and internships) will require the students to attend in person.
It is planned to divide the students into small groups (up to 15 people) for the purpose of practicals and to devise special rules of participation to ensure that both students and faculty members observe the established sanitary rules and enjoy maximum safety.
For students of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Economics and Management who will not be able to start their full-time studies in October 2020 due to the pandemic, the University will schedule online classes.
Similarly, in the case of teaching and research workers - especially from high-risk groups - the deans of faculties provide the possibility of working only remotely. "
Teaching at the Faculty of Medicine will commence on 5 October in the hybrid model. A part of seminars and lectures will be held online, while practicals at the laboratories, anatomy labs and clinics have been scheduled to take place at the campus.
Detailed rules regarding the form of teaching at respective courses will be determined by the Deans of respective Faculties, taking into consideration current health recommendations and the health conditions of both faculty members and our students. Students will be advised of such information 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the academic year 2020/2021 at the latest.
