"Correspondence Surveillance" Conference

The academic staff of the Łazarski University has devised a new model for accumulating and releasing telecommunications data.

The results of the research project will be presented during the "Correspondence Surveillance" conference. The study was conducted at the Łazarski University Faculty of Law and Administration by a team composed of: Assistant Professor Maciej Rogalski, PhD; Bartłomiej Opaliński, PhD; and Piotr Brzeziński, PhD. The study featured an analysis whether the legal regulations in force pertaining to the release of telecommunications data comply with EU regulations both in quantitative terms and in terms of telecommunications transfer and data, including but not limited to billings.
The conference will be attended by the representatives of uniformed services, including the National Police Headquarters, Military Police, Prison Service and the Intelligence Agency, as well as by the representatives of the telecom sector.
