The top places in terms of the number of publications and patents were assumed by US universities: Harvard and MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
Given all the proposed criteria, the Łazarski University was ranked the best among Polish universities.
Additionally, it was included in the elite group of 8% highest ranked universities encompassed by the study.
The Łazarski University received the highest notes in 11 criteria from five fields:
<ul><li>teaching and learning,</li><li>knowledge transfer,</li><li>international orientation,</li><li>regional engagement, and</li><li>research.</li></ul>
Each of these fields comprised several criteria. The Łazarski University was given the highest notes in such criteria as candidates graduating from first-cycle undergraduate studies; revenue generated from ongoing professional development; number of programmes in foreign languages; student mobility; alumni and students employed on the local labour market; and cooperation with business partners.
