Responsibilities:
- ensuring the proper circulation of documents,
- maintaining the Dean's calendar,
- organizing and servicing the Dean's meetings,
- handling correspondence,
- Participation in the implementation of departmental projects,
- Cooperation in handling academic events,
- cooperation with other departments of the university,
- participation in the preparation of events organized by the Dean.
Requirements:
- university degree, legal education is welcome,
- writing and editing skills welcome,
- accuracy in performing assigned duties, commitment, conscientiousness,
- good organization of work, ability to work in a team,
- high personal culture,
- a minimum of one year experience in office work,
- knowledge of English at the level of min. B2 (a necessary condition)
- very good computer skills (including Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
- ability to work under time pressure.

- Your personal data will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment process for a job position at Lazarski University.
- The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the Labor Law: art. 22[1] and par. 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of 10.12.2018 on employee records and Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA, while other data not required by law, provided in documents, on the basis of consent Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA, which can be revoked at any time.
- Your personal data will be kept by the Administrator for the period necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purpose, i.e. until the recruitment is completed. Lazarski University will process your personal data for a period of 9 months, including in subsequent employee recruitments if you give your consent, which can be revoked at any time.
- Recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law, authorized employees and entities to whom the Administrator has entrusted or contracted the processing of data, including software providers, companies providing hosting or destruction of documentation.
- Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subjected to
profiling. - You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, the right to rectify, erase or restrict processing, the right to data portability.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Provision of your data in the scope resulting from Article 22[1] of the Labor Code is mandatory to participate in the recruitment procedure. Provision of other personal data is voluntary.
If the documents include data referred to in Article 9(1) of the RODO (special categories of personal data), your consent to their processing will be required, which can be revoked at any time. Consent may take the following wording:
